About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinic's growth and delivering high-quality patient care. This exciting opportunity offers a balanced schedule with a four-day workweek in a dynamic environment centered on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests to assess patient needs.
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive devices to enhance patients' quality of life.
  • Provide ongoing support, counseling, and education on hearing aid use and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform follow-up care and adjustments as needed to guarantee patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Hearing Aid Dispenser License in Washington State.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • A strong passion for enhancing lives through better hearing and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
