Complete Hearing & Balance is the South Sound's only full-scope audiology clinic, with locations in Olympia, Lacey, and Chehalis. Our mission is to help patients achieve their communication and life goals through thorough evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment using best practices.

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our growing team due to increased patient demand. This role offers a balanced schedule with a four-day workweek in a dynamic environment centered on patient outcomes.

• Conduct hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests.
• Fitting and dispensing of hearing aids and other assistive devices.
• Providing ongoing patient support, counseling, and education on hearing aid use and maintenance.
• Perform follow-up care and adjustments as needed.
• Travel to different practice locations as required.

• Current Hearing Aid Dispenser License in Washington.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for enhancing lives through better hearing.
• Experience working as a dispenser (2+ years preferred).
