Job Summary:The CRNA will be responsible for providing comprehensive anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This includes pre-anesthetic preparation, intraoperative anesthesia care, and post-anesthetic recovery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Participate in pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation
- Collaborate with attending anesthesiologists to ensure seamless patient care
- Implement, monitor, and adjust patient physiologic condition as needed
- Administer spinal, epidural, caudal, and nerve block anesthesia
- Support departmental and operating room procedures to promote patient satisfaction and quality
- Current certification as a CRNA
- Master's degree in nurse anesthesia or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRNA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
