Key Responsibilities:

The primary goal of the Server role is to deliver outstanding service to our patrons. This includes:

  • Welcoming and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Efficiently managing the telephone system and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Safeguarding guest privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of menu offerings, including food and beverage selections.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience in a luxury or upscale environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with varying schedules based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 20 lbs.
