Evening Facilities Attendant

The Facilities Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas.
Work Schedule:
Part Time: 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- No educational requirements such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Floor Technician with cleaning expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean buildings and facilities
- Adhere to protocols for using chemical cleaners and equipment to avoid damage to surfaces
- Inform management of any minor or major repair needs or enhancements to building systems
- Foster effective communication and relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management
- Follow all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- Move furniture and equipment as necessary for cleaning purposes
- Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions
- Replace and wash blinds
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, and snow removal
- Clean and maintain dining areas and equipment
- Service and supply restrooms
This position is suitable for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience and education.
