About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Eclipse Enterprises. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and inspect goods, ensuring they meet defined quality standards.
  • Storage and Documentation: Complete necessary storage documents and store goods according to regulations, documenting them in our inventory management system.
  • Forklift Maintenance: Inspect forklifts and take necessary action if required.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain the structure of the warehouse in compliance with company and legal requirements, as well as quality standards and HACCP regulations.
  • Inventory Control: Prepare for sample inventory and quarterly/yearly inventory, as well as conduct stock transfers.
  • Safety Checks: Perform safety checks on high-rack warehouses and document load distribution.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle complaints in collaboration with the purchasing and food management departments.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of experience in logistics and handling food is essential.
  • Leadership: Previous experience leading small teams, preferably with additional qualifications in the field.
  • Motivation: Motivation to contribute to the structure and quality requirements of our warehouse.
