Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing field operations for commercial site development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Assisting in the management of multiple projects simultaneously.

You may be an ideal candidate if you possess:
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
  • The ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors effectively.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment operation and maintenance.

While not required, the following would be advantageous:
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
