Operations Project Leader / Facility Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Leader to oversee our facility management and project execution within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience demonstrating strong leadership and managerial skills overseeing teams of 30 or more personnel.
- Certification in Six Sigma at or above the Green Belt level and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $100,000 annually.
- Generous paid time off including vacation and holidays.
- Provision for sick leave.
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time role.
- Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

- Oversee operations at our facilities, ensuring efficient management and support of pharmaceutical distribution processes.
- Implement both automated and manual procedures for the preparation and dispensing of various pharmaceutical products.
- Manage the operation of both automated and manual filling systems, ensuring accurate preparation of prescription orders for distribution.
