  • Oversee daily operations of reconstruction initiatives in the field.
  • Deliver exceptional service in all interactions with clients, subcontractors, and team members involved in restoration efforts.
  • Conduct final inspections with clients to secure necessary completion documentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees and subcontractors on-site.
  • Communicate project expectations and updates effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Schedule subcontractors and manage material supply logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and scope of work.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections to uphold service standards.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on vendor and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate necessary inspections with local authorities.
  • Identify additional work outside the original scope and prepare change orders.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in industry-specific software applications.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting project estimates.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in restoration or construction is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check as required by law.

  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work at heights and navigate ladders.
