We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will assist in various areas, including boxing and general duties as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery
- Assemble metal components using powered and manual hand tools
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Maneuver heavy parts manually or with a crane
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner
- Work safely and wear required PPE
- Good mechanical aptitude with a manufacturing background
- Experience reading blueprints and tape measures
- Average math skills and simple oral communication skills
- Ability to complete simple logs and reports in English
- Physical ability to handle heavy items and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to work with others and be a team player
