Job Summary

This position operates as a Senior Finance Analyst, working in the business operations organization to support program/product areas. The successful candidate will cultivate efficient planning and implementation of financials and resource analysis across various functions, including engineering operations, supply chain, program management, sustainment, business finance, and/or planning/scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the task order business rhythm implementation, facilitating Earned Value performance metrics and EAC analysis and assessments.
  • Perform multiple financial activities within various finance job functions, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal and external reporting.
  • Compile and review budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration.
  • Perform multiple financial cost analysis functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems, collecting data, controlling costs, and preparing reports that maintain the company's cost accounting system.
  • Ensure that costs are allocated according to established procedures.
  • Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
Requirements
  • Proficient finance/accounting skills.
  • Proficient analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines.
  • Proficient MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
