Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Full House Marketing & Staffing NC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Respond to resident service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Perform grounds work, including litter pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping as directed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and ability to perform basic repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC certification.
- Previous experience working in an apartment community.
Estimated Salary:$19.50-$26.50 per hour. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling through our convenient app, and weekly pay. This is a short-term position with potential for direct hire employment through a temporary staff-to-hire assignment for the right candidate.
