Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Volt Workforce Solution is a leading provider of workforce solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position based in the United States.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated at $64.88 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals. Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives to drive key quality priorities for our product portfolio and customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Executing equipment transfers and performing process validation activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and quality teams to develop and deploy quality systems, including risk management, change management, design controls, and test method development and validation
- Interacting with global manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and support functions to ensure compliance to product performance claims and certifications, drive continuous improvement, prevent quality nonconformances, reduce variation in product and process, and achieve operational excellence in our value streams
- Fostering a quality-focused environment and mindset throughout the business
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of engineering experience in the medical device industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher within a Science Discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
- OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience within a quality manufacturing environment
