Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveillance and monitoring to detect clusters and outbreaks of infections
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Implement infection prevention policies and guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Participate in outbreak investigations and projects to reduce infection
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to educate and promote infection prevention practices
  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote infection prevention and control
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in infection prevention and control
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field
  • Current certification in Infection Control (CIC)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in infection prevention and control or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
