About the Role:

We are seeking a mid-level mechanical or energy engineer with experience in energy management consulting to join our industry-leading team at Jacobs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy audits, energy modeling, energy and water master planning, life-cycle cost analysis, and building/infrastructure assessment.

Responsibilities will include managing technical scope and budget for project tasks, facilitating deliverable development, and establishing relationships with clients.

The position requires travel to client sites worldwide, typically one week in duration, and offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of two days per week in a Jacobs office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Professional Registration (PE)
  • Industry-recognized energy management certification (CEM or similar)
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • U.S. Citizenship
