Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Intensive Care Unit RN Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of innovative care plans.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization, gain experience in a fast-paced ICU environment, and expand your skillset. To be successful in this role, you will need a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of recent ICU RN experience.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform advanced interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a weekly salary of $1,437.25, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, licensure and relocation reimbursement, and ongoing education opportunities.
