POSITION OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will undertake a variety of cleaning duties, ensuring the safe handling of custodial supplies and modern cleaning tools. Responsibilities may also include moving and lifting heavy items. You will adhere to a structured routine, with your work subject to inspection to ensure it meets established cleanliness standards. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining safe conditions in entry areas by promptly addressing hazardous situations to avert accidents. This includes the immediate removal of snow, ice, and excessive water when unsafe conditions arise.


WORK SCHEDULE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Full-time position
  • Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotating days and a 30-minute lunch break.
    • Rotating weekends approximately three times a year.
  • Voluntary overtime may be available as needed.
  • Complimentary parking provided.
  • Salary: Starting salary may be non-negotiable in certain cases.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to perform essential job functions.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A conditional offer of employment will necessitate a medical examination.
  • This position is subject to the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
    • Under this Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to state police and FBI clearance.
