POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in assisting Management to cultivate a customer-centric and product-focused sales environment. This position emphasizes our core values and guiding principles in all store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Drive for Results:
    Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs and preferences. Maintain awareness of current promotions and pricing, ensuring visual standards are upheld.
  2. Customer Experience:
    Exemplify and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience. Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a swift and efficient checkout process. Reinforce purchasing decisions at the register and meet add-on sales goals, including gift card promotions.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    Support replenishment efforts to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing. Assist with visual merchandising directives, including floor sets and signage placement, as directed. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the boutique.
  4. Teamwork and Growth:
    Encourage a collaborative approach to problem-solving and actively seek personal development opportunities. Solicit feedback to enhance performance.

This position may be found across various brands, and specific duties may differ accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred retail or sales experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to company-provided technology
- Excellent organizational skills and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives, with a flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Constant walking/standing for the majority of the shift
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the shift)
- Frequent climbing (34%-66% of the shift)

Compensation for this role starts at $18.30/hour or local minimum wage, as applicable. Part-time associates may participate in the Company's employee assistance and discount programs.
