Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the guidance of the Operations Manager/CEO, the primary duties of the Supervisor include professionally and courteously welcoming, directing, and assisting clients while overseeing cleaning specialists or executing cleaning tasks at designated locations. Responsibilities encompass a variety of cleaning activities such as waste disposal, dusting, replenishing restroom and break room supplies, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window cleaning, changing light bulbs, and other assigned project work or special service tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in managing personnel and overseeing general cleaning and project work/special services is essential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general facility cleaning protocols.
  • Familiarity with project work and special services, including carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, buffing, and window washing.
  • Demonstrated expertise with cleaning equipment and consumable supplies.
  • Ability to identify various surfaces and recommend appropriate cleaning methods.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
