Job Summary

The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will oversee the performance and maintenance of production machinery, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe mechanical devices in operation and identify potential issues
  • Dismantle and repair equipment, replacing defective parts as needed
  • Service and maintain equipment, including oiling and lubricating moving parts
  • Record and report damaged or worn parts, ordering replacements as necessary
  • Identify and repair causes of unexpected breakdowns
  • Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment as required
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in electronic and mechanical troubleshooting on automated manufacturing equipment
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of Variable speed drives and software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
