About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team as a Service Tech II. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and repair of our rental equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on rental equipment and tools, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including electronic documentation of work orders.
  • Demonstrate equipment to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of experience in repairing and maintaining vehicles and equipment, or trade school graduate.
  • Must own necessary tools and equipment for the position.
  • Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 pounds.
