Surgical Technologist II

The Surgical Technologist II is a key member of the surgical team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to maintain a sterile environment and assist with surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
- Ensure a sterile environment is maintained throughout the procedure
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Provide education and training to new staff members
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Graduate of an approved surgical technologist program
- Current certification in basic CPR
- Minimum one year of acute care operating room experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
