Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team in Fairfield, California.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiologic Technologist II to perform routine and specialized radiology procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diagnostic radiology principles, procedures, views, and equipment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and specialized radiology procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of diagnostic radiology principles, procedures, views, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.
- Ensure the privacy and security of patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or equivalent education/experience.
- CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon Hire.
- RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 Days of hire if required at the affiliate.
- 2 years recent relevant experience.
- General knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and related information systems.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies, procedures, and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
This is a per diem/casual position with varied shifts and hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.
Benefits:No benefits are offered for this position.
Pay Range:$54.56 to $68.19 per hour.
This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
