Job Description
A Lead Customer Service Representative will manage phone metrics and ensure team success in handling calls with a focus on first call resolution. Key responsibilities include following best practices, leading a team, and ensuring all deliverables are met timely.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* 1+ year of call center experience
* 1+ year of experience in a Supervisory or Team Lead role
* Knowledge and experience working in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint)

Location and Salary
This position offers flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. The estimated salary for this role is $19.47 to $38.08 per hour, based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
