About the Payroll Specialist Role

At Creative Financial Staffing, we're seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support HR administration by providing administrative assistance and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
