Key Responsibilities
  • Food Production: Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
  • Grilling and Cooking: Grill all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Inventory Management: Restock items at the Display Cooking Station and assist with inventory management to ensure efficient food production.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding, and serving, and conduct opening and closing administrative procedures.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that the Hot Cook area and all smallwares are clean and sanitized, and follow local health department laws.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that Hot Choice Buffet products are always hot and fresh for our guests, and provide friendly and courteous service.
Requirements
  • Food Preparation Experience: Previous experience in food preparation and cooking is required.
