Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Data Coordinator to join our team at Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc. As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day activities on a study, including supporting clinical data managers on external data transfers and interacting directly with external data vendors and cross-functional team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clinical data management needs by downloading and importing data within multiple systems
  • Help manage study set-up in ADDS (automated data download system)
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with data managers to handle questions, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Assist data managers with specifications for conformance checks, data transfer agreements, or systems used for downloading/importing data
Qualifications
  • University or college degree in life science, computer science, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent relevant degree
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in core DM activities, including query management, data cleaning, external data reconciliations, SAE reconciliations, and conduct activities & close-out activities
  • Strong EDC background, Veeva EDC preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating agility through effective and innovative team leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to operate effectively in a global environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
Technical/Communications Skills
  • Through knowledge of end-to-end clinical trial data transfer process
