Electronics Design Engineer

FSIP Electronics invites you to be a part of our team in Carlisle, PA, where we manufacture and remanufacture electronics for various electric vehicle and equipment markets.
This full-time position offers daytime hours, Monday through Friday, and requires thorough knowledge of electrical design and engineering techniques, as well as CAD skills. As an Electronics Engineer, you will directly report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for planning and conducting independent work that requires judgment in the evaluation, selection, application, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

- Analyzing and composing CAD drawings
- Reverse engineering motor controls at the component level

- Bachelor's Degree in EE or EET or an AAS (AAS must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Electronics Engineering Field)
- Proficient in reading and understanding electrical diagrams
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Team-oriented and possess a positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve departmental and company objectives
- Strong sense of initiative and a self-starter
- Proficient attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, and/or pull objects that are less than 50 pounds with or without accommodation
