We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team in a renowned Dallas facility. This is a full-time travel contract position with 4x10 hour day shifts.
The role involves working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the catheterization lab, performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and treatment of patients during invasive cardiovascular procedures.
- Operate and maintain all cath lab equipment, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Perform and assist in procedures such as diagnostic catheterizations, coronary interventions, and peripheral vascular procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required.
- ARRT or RCIS certification required.
- BLS/ACLS certifications required.
- Must be able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
