About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Implement and coordinate patient care plans, administer medications and treatments, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Assess and Document Patient Needs: Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, documenting all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, promoting independence and empowerment.
Requirements
  • Current LPN/LVN License: Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license in the state of practice.
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS.
  • TB Skin Test: Current TB skin test within the last 12 months.
  • Experience and Skills: Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting, with a strong attention to detail, time management, and effective problem-solving skills.
