We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Care Coordination Specialist to support our After-Hours operations.

The role of a Care Coordinator is crucial in ensuring high-quality care and effectively matching our skilled Caregivers with our esteemed Clients.

Flexibility to work during weekdays and weekends is essential.

Available shifts include: 6PM-10PM, 6PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM.

Initial training will take place at our corporate office, transitioning to remote work following the training period.

Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and oversee the scheduling of suitable home care aides based on their qualifications and availability.

- Arrange care for clients in both the geriatric sector and the division for children/adults with special needs.

- Provide supportive leadership to staff in daily operations.

- Maintain effective communication with employees regarding scheduling requirements and client preferences.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with minimal supervision.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills are essential.

- Experience with children/adults with special needs is advantageous.

- Proficient communication skills in English are required.

- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is necessary.

- Staffing experience is beneficial.

- Must be tech-savvy.

- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

- Ability to pass a background check and reference verification.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
