About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Lease Operator to join our team at Danos. As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas wells, including well testing, equipment maintenance, and surveillance of field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain oil and gas wells, including flowing, beam pump, plunger lift, water injection, and water disposal wells
  • Perform daily monitoring of well sites by vehicle
  • Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems
  • Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies
  • General housekeeping and field maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum + years of Lease Operator experience required
  • Working/Educational knowledge of oil & gas production operations required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision
  • High School Grad or GED equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
