Job Summary

We are seeking a highly visible Loss Prevention Service Specialist to join our team at Kohl's. As a key member of our loss prevention team, you will be responsible for promoting customer service, deterring theft, and raising shortage awareness among store associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Kohl's "Smile and Say Hi" initiatives to promote customer service and engage with customers
  • Assist in implementing loss prevention strategy and promote a neat and clean store appearance at the entrance
  • Conduct associate package checks and work in "Center Core" or at entrances to deter theft and provide customer service
  • Communicate frequently with store management and loss prevention associates to ensure a safe and secure environment for associates and customers
Requirements
  • Maintain attendance according to Kohl's standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with fellow associates, supervisors, and customers
  • Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to Kohl's policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of appearance by following the required Kohl's dress code
  • Ability to participate in physical activities, including walking, lifting, and climbing on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Prior experience in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement

Pay starts at $15.55 per hour.
