We are a full-service plumbing company based in Houston, dedicated to providing exceptional water heater solutions to our customers. Our team is passionate about delivering top-notch services and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Tankless Water Heater Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing residential customer needs, providing timely and accurate quotes, and working closely with our General Manager to meet growing customer demand.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general plumbing and tankless water heaters, with at least 3 years of experience in the industry. They will also possess excellent customer service skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers. Additionally, they will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and remain up-to-date on products, advancements, and market trends.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and drive sales growth
  • Represent our company at trade shows and big box locations
  • Understand and implement the sales process from start to finish
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing close rates
  • Prepare and review results and monthly plans with leadership
  • Remain knowledgeable about products, market trends, and advancements
Requirements
  • Knowledge of general plumbing and tankless water heaters (3+ years of experience)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven sales record
  • Able to develop strong relationships with customers
  • Persuasive and able to overcome objections during the sales process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Successfully pass required background check
  • Professional attire and high school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
  • Competitive bi-weekly draw against commission
  • Commission and incentives based on meeting/exceeding sales and close rate goals
  • Full-time position with paid time off and holidays
