OI Infusion Services is eager to welcome a Nurse Practitioner to our team.
Location: Flexibility to travel as needed.
Schedule: Must be available for a minimum of 2-3 days per week (consistently), with the option to select preferred weekdays (Monday to Friday), from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Manage patient scheduling for infusion sessions
- Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain and track inventory
- Collaborate with the intake team to ensure treatment authorizations
- Monitor and review monthly quality assurance metrics
- Conduct ongoing audits of medical records
- Work alongside medical assistants to ensure accurate patient information is entered into the EMR
- Stay informed about new infusion therapies and company policies
- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner certifying body are mandatory.
- Ability to operate independently.
- Medicare certification is required.
- Possession of a DEA License is essential.
Physical Demands:
- Must be capable of standing and sitting for extended periods. Some bending and stooping may be necessary.
- Manual dexterity is required for clinical tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
