About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Boston Scientific's Cardiology team, which is at the forefront of developing innovative products for the Electrophysiology (EP) market. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in launching new products and therapies that address the needs of patients with atrial fibrillation (AFib). Our portfolio includes cutting-edge technologies such as Cryo, Radiofrequency, and Pulsed Field ablation therapy, as well as 3D Mapping and Navigation systems, Radiofrequency Ablation catheters, Diagnostic Catheters, EP recording systems, and Intracardiac Access Sheaths.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, EP mapping and recording systems, transeptal access technologies, and left atrial appendage occlusion technologies.
  2. Provide clinical support and development efforts for BSC AF Solutions products, including Rhythmia HDx mapping system, LabSystem Pro recording system, transeptal access products, diagnostic and therapeutic catheters, and WATCHMAN LAAC technologies.
  3. Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of AF Solutions products, utilizing various formats and platforms.
  4. Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints, and discuss how company products can help them achieve their objectives.
  5. Develop relationships with hospital personnel at all levels, including staff, physicians, and administrators, to facilitate future sales and identify key decision makers.
  6. Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service, developing creative and feasible solutions or collaborating with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
  7. Implement and monitor strategies outlined by the quarterly plan of action for the area, and coordinate territory and other BSC sales management and representatives' efforts to build strategic partnerships.
  8. Develop relationships with key referring physicians, external fellows, NEPIs, and other key physicians to promote market development and growth.
  9. Manage clinical trial activity within the assigned territory, including completing Interest Visits and Site Initiation Visits, and educating clinical investigators on clinical trial protocols, clinical process, and investigational products and features.
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in 3D cardiac mapping systems, medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a technical aptitude, ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information, and a strong understanding of the EP market and its trends.

Preferred qualifications include NASPE/IBHRE CEPS certification, work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedure, existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system, and an MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.
