Job Title: Senior Construction Director

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Director to lead our construction team. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and experience to drive business growth and deliver high-quality projects.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

  • Directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
  • Establishes clear performance goals and regularly evaluates team members' performance, providing guidance, constructive feedback and coaching when needed.
  • Develops project plans, timelines, and schedules to project teams to preserve the Contract and Project Schedule.
  • Maintains memberships or affiliations in civic and professional organizations that may assist incumbents in personal growth or relationship development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years related work experience
  • Proven experience in project management or executive roles, particularly in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of project management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
