Position Overview:
We are seeking a Permanent Director of Cardiovascular Services for our esteemed client. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality cardiovascular care.
Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Cardiovascular Services will take charge of planning, directing, and overseeing the department and its personnel to guarantee superior service around the clock. This role encompasses accountability for staff performance and the fulfillment of departmental obligations in alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.
In this capacity, you will:
- Deliver exceptional patient care while serving as a liaison with patients and their families.
- Foster collaboration among physicians and healthcare providers.
- Enhance customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize departmental operations and minimize costs.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Florida.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS.
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in acute care cardiovascular services is mandatory; managerial experience in a cardiovascular unit may be considered.
- Must possess experience as a Cath Lab Director or Manager.
- RCVT certification is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in managing a Cath Lab is essential.
- Oversight of multiple labs including a Neurointerventional Suite.
- Management of a team of 20 FTEs.
