The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with the Human Resources division to assist the Chief Human Resources Officer and her team in fulfilling their strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insights that promote process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to formulate annual expense budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Prepare high-level summaries and presentations to articulate monthly financial outcomes.
- Examine significant expense variances and accurately predict future financial results.
- Improve reporting mechanisms through advanced data visualization tools and database functionalities.
- Work alongside business partners to refine processes and standardize financial reporting.
- Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews and provide insights into financial performance metrics.
- Identify potential areas for automation and process optimization.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI and Looker to monitor key performance indicators.
- Execute ad hoc analyses as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Expertise in MS Excel and financial management systems.
- Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Hyperion Planning, HFM, or SAP systems.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
