Job Summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
