Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support
  • Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our residents.
