Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads, working closely with the Business Development team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals to clients, utilizing industry-leading tools and expertise to showcase the value of RPR Insurance's products and services.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and leadership, providing regular updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, and business products; superb communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Active TN PC License; IA Channel experience preferred.
