Job Summary

Range Generation Next LLC is seeking a highly skilled Computer Support Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance for our mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user and network devices, including computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Deploy and configure end-user and network devices via MECM and PXE deployments.
  • Install and troubleshoot third-party software on end-user devices.
  • Provide touch labor services, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of physical hardware.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Five or more years' relevant experience working in Information Technology.
  • Must have and maintain or be able to obtain prior to start date a Security+, CySA+, GICSP, or similar certification meeting DoD / DoD baseline certification for IAT Level II.
  • Must have and maintain or be able to obtain within three months of start date a CE (Computer Environment) Linux+, Server+ or similar certification meeting DoD / DoD baseline certification for IAT Level II.
  • Experience applying extensive knowledge of a variety of Cyber Security field concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure the secure integration and operation of enclave systems.
  • PowerShell, VBS, or other scripting language experience desired.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to bend, lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted, twist, and climb stairs.
  • Travel by plane, helicopter, and/or boat to conduct work activities on outer islands is required.
  • This position is unaccompanied and will reside on the island of Roi-Namur.
