Responsibilities- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, including income tax planning and compliance.
- Participate in tax provision calculations and ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.
- Manage and lead teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in taxation from an accredited college/university.
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and a solid knowledge of ASC 740.
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
