Position Overview:

We are looking to fill a vital role in our Golf Food and Beverage department. This position will ensure exceptional food and beverage service for our guests while maintaining grooming and uniform standards as outlined in our associate handbook.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up the work area at the start of the shift and ensure cleanliness at the end of the shift.
  2. Inspect the Food and Beverage outlet to ensure everything is in order, including lighting, temperature, music, and cleanliness. Report any issues to the supervisor or manager.
  3. Prepare and cook food orders efficiently.
  4. Serve guests promptly and courteously.
  5. Manage cash and point-of-sale transactions for food and beverage items.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Food and Beverage outlet.
  7. Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times, including appearance and conduct.
  8. Contribute positively to the work environment through a cooperative attitude and teamwork.
  9. Adhere to all hotel policies and cash handling procedures as outlined in training materials.
  10. Follow established attendance procedures for notifying management of absences or tardiness.
  11. Report any safety hazards to management immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to adhere to grooming standards.
