HVAC Facilities Maintenance Technician – Northern Management Services, Inc.

Northern Management Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Facilities Maintenance Technician for a long-term employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in commercial or industrial electrical, mechanical, structural, and architectural maintenance services within commercial facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Washington State 06/06A Refrigeration Certificate or Electrician License.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, conscientious, hardworking, and honest.
  • Willingness to undergo a Security Background Check.

Job Responsibilities:

The HVAC Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

  • Installing, servicing, and repairing environmental-control systems in various commercial establishments.
  • Utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipe-fitting, and structural layout.
  • Fabricating, assembling, and installing duct-work and chassis parts.
  • Connecting motors, compressors, temperature controls, and ventilation fans to control panels.
  • Testing systems for proper operation and adjusting controls as necessary.
  • Replacing defective electrical components to ensure efficient system performance.
