Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Night Crew to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Stocking, receiving, refilling, and rotating merchandise on shelves to maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Unload deliveries and break down merchandise in a timely manner to prevent delays and ensure accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Minimize damaged goods and shrink by handling products with care and attention to detail.
- 1-3 years of management experience in a retail or grocery store environment.
- Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.
- Able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 3-5 years of experience on a stock team, with a strong understanding of inventory management and store operations.
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 pounds.
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.
