Position Overview

Kids Above All is in search of a dedicated full-time Residential Care Program Manager.

Role Summary: Supervise the daily functions of the designated group home and transitional living initiative, ensuring the safety and welfare of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer leadership and direction to staff members, volunteers, and interns.
  • Organize staff rosters, oversee the maintenance of the home, and ensure that resident requirements are fulfilled.
  • Implement and uphold consistent policies and procedures, suggesting and executing modifications as necessary.
  • Engage in team meetings, oversee client management systems, and manage the operational budget.
  • Serve as a representative to the community, educational institutions, and families.
  • Participate in quality enhancement initiatives and take on additional tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of pertinent experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, familiarity with relevant software, and capacity for independent decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel, maintain necessary certifications, and possess access to a reliable vehicle.
  • This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
