Role Summary: Supervise the daily functions of the designated group home and transitional living initiative, ensuring the safety and welfare of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer leadership and direction to staff members, volunteers, and interns.
- Organize staff rosters, oversee the maintenance of the home, and ensure that resident requirements are fulfilled.
- Implement and uphold consistent policies and procedures, suggesting and executing modifications as necessary.
- Engage in team meetings, oversee client management systems, and manage the operational budget.
- Serve as a representative to the community, educational institutions, and families.
- Participate in quality enhancement initiatives and take on additional tasks as assigned.
- Perform other responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of pertinent experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, familiarity with relevant software, and capacity for independent decision-making.
- Willingness to travel, maintain necessary certifications, and possess access to a reliable vehicle.
- This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
