Job Title: Patient Care Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Associate to join our team at Douglas Cove Health and Rehabilitation. As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

- Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to healthcare provider's orders
- Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines
- Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors
- Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations

Requirements:

- One year of related experience and/or training
- Previous experience working directly with older adults preferred
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must enjoy working with the senior population

What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly rates with shift differentials for weekends and weeknights
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- $1,000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time and $500.00 sign-on bonus for part-time
