Nurse Quality Improvement Specialist

Methodist Hospital is proud to offer a competitive salary of $94,500 - $123,000 annually for our Registered Nurse Quality Coordinator RN position.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Quality Coordinator RN to join our team. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Job Description:
- Analyze healthcare processes and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care
- Facilitate sentinel event investigations and root cause analysis activities to reduce risk and increase patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and maintain organizational readiness to meet regulatory requirements
- Educate staff and physicians on performance improvement processes and patient safety best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Quality Management and regulatory compliance experience preferred
